Hi, I'm Raffaella Ergün, a data analyst / BI developer and former IT consultant, currently based in Lisbon. My work floats around data visualisation, workflow automation and project management. Interested in exploring data storytelling and working at the intersection of information and transformation.

I love telling stories, from telling stories with words to telling stories with dashboards.I have five years of experience in data analytics, in the development of data-driven solutions, from the first ideas around what you want to measure, through data preparation, analysis and management, all the way to impactful presentation of insights. I’ve passionate about turning numbers into narratives and data into insights.In my most recent role as a Senior IT Consultant, I wore many hats — I designed, developed, and maintained BI applications tailored to all sorts of client needs, and helped make their lives easier with automation solutions that actually worked (and saved hours of manual labor).I’m a TIBCO Spotfire Certified Professional, but I’ve also worked across various data visualization tools, always keeping one eye on the numbers and the other on design. Whether it’s an interactive dashboard or a colorful infographic, I love making data feel human.
